Grilled baby artichokes in extra virgin olive oil 340 g
A fancy idea, perfect to give life to an original starter or to accompany meat or fish based courses. Processed entirely by hand a few hours from the harvest, carefully grilled and preserved in extra virgin olive oil from the same area of origin, these artichokes are a good alternative to the usual aperitif and lend themselves to enrich with Mediterranean flavours many different courses.
Ingredients: baby artichokes, extra virgin olive oil 27%, wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice.
Store in a cool and dry place place. After opening keep between 0 and +4°C.
