The pasta with a rustic flavour meant for family lunches. Italian stone-ground durum wheat flour and mountain spring water, only two ingredients for a product as simple as essential. Bronz drawn, this pasta has a perfect resistance in cooking. Rigatoni hold a place of honour on the Italian tables. Their ridged surface allows to retain even the richest sauces, and makes them perfect for meat ragù or vegetable-based dressings.
