Bronz drawn, this pasta has a perfect resistance in cooking. Rigatoni hold a place of honour on the Italian tables. Their ridged surface allows to retain even the richest sauces, and makes them perfect for meat ragù or vegetable-based dressings.
Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, water. Wheat cultivated and ground in Italy.
