Pure white truffle cream 40 g
Soft and velvety, this incredibly delicate cream carries all the taste and scent of precious white truffle. A pinch is enough to give a unique and unmistakable flavour to every dish; excellent if paired with white and red meat, it gives its best when accompanying dishes of egg or cheese. Delicious also on first courses with fresh pasta.
Ingredients: white truffle 92% (Tuber Magnatum Pico), sunflower seeds oil, salt.
Store in a cool and dry place place. After opening keep between 0 and +4°C.
