It is made using only top-quality ingredients: fresh basil, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano, pine nuts and garlic, following a timeless recipe. The perfect product to dress fresh pasta andto season tasty salads or fanciful appetisers.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 59%, concentrated basil 27%, pine nuts, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO seasoned minimum 18 months (MILK, salt, rennet), wine vinegar, garlic, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid.
After opening keep between 0 and +4°C covered with extra virgin olive oil.
