Orders and pick-ups in store
For those who want to enjoy Peck dishes for their New Year’s Eve dinner by coming to shop in our store in Via Spadari, we will be happy to welcome you and reserve our best service for you. We will be open practically every day until January 10, 2026. The menu is available in store on December 30 and 31.
E-mail orders and home deliveries
Those who wish to order by email and receive their New Year’s shopping conveniently at home can write to delivery@peck.it until 12 noon on Monday, December 29, booking delivery until December 31 in the following time slots:
For December 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. For December 31, deliveries are possible from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Time slots are subject to availability and specific times cannot be confirmed.
Delivery costs are:
- €10 in the city of Milan
- €20 in the province of Milan
- To be estimated outside the province
Please note: product stock and delivery slots are subject to availability. We will do our best to satisfy all customers, but we recommend booking in advance to guarantee delivery times and product assortment.

Our staff is available to advise you and ensure that your Christmas table is perfect and full of delicacies, so please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know your requirements.
In order to process your order, we kindly ask you to include the following information in your email:
- name of the products/dishes chosen
- desired quantities
- reference codes
We also kindly ask you to provide your full details and those of the recipient (if different from you or if you want the order delivered to an address that belongs to you but is different from the one used to issue the tax document). Specifically, we need:

- Full address with any specific details (e.g., doorbell)
- Cell phone number
- Tax ID number
- VAT number and unique code if you need an invoice
Recipient details (if different from sender)

Based on your product selection and delivery information, we will prepare a quote and send it to you for verification (no payment is required at this stage).
In order to proceed with the preparation of your order, we will then need your written confirmation of the quote.
Once you have confirmed your product selection and the related quote, we will prepare your order and send it to you according to your preferences.
For payment, you will receive an email with a pay-by-link that you can use to pay by credit card once your order is complete.
There may be a difference of up to 15% between the estimate and the final payment due to products sold by weight, which are only quantified during the final preparation stage.
