From 22 to 27 September 2025 - Celebrating an Italian icon.
In Via Spadari, special dishes await you, including risotto, fried dumplings and ham, exclusive tastings, unique contests, educational moments and spectacular demonstrations of the cutting of a 72-month aged prosciutto! An event sponsored bythe Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma to celebrate a product that speaks of ancient traditions and timeless knowledge.
All hams available for tasting will always be accompanied by freshly fried gnocco. Throughout the week, there will also be a 10% discount on all hams for sale and on hot food and delicatessen products that include them.
The event will see the participation and contribution of our partners: Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma, Galloni, Slega, S. Ilario, Real Group and Berkel. Starting on Thursday 25 September, the shop will come alive with activities and six hams will be available for tasting. All dishes and wines will be available for purchase using tokens worth €2, which can be bought at the cash desk.
Everything will be accompanied by a list of wines by the glass from the Enoteca Peck selection and musical entertainment.
