Peck store opening days for the upcoming Christmas holidays
Via Spadari: every day from November 10 to December 25 (12:00 p.m.)
Via Salvini: every day from December 9 to December 24
Forte dei Marmi: every day except Thursday, from December 1 to December 24
In-store orders
For those who want to enjoy the magic of Christmas at Peck by coming to shop in our store on Via Spadari, we will be happy to welcome you and provide you with our best service.
We will be open almost every day until January 10, 2026.
E-mail orders and home deliveries
For those who wish to order by email and have their Christmas shopping delivered to their door, please write to delivery@peck.it by 12 noon on Sunday, December 21, booking delivery by December 25 in the following time slots:
For December 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. For December 25, deliveries are possible before 12:00 p.m.
Time slots are subject to availability and specific times cannot be confirmed.
Delivery costs are:
- €10 in the city of Milan
- €20 in the province of Milan
- To be estimated outside the province
Please note: product stock and delivery slots are subject to availability. We will do our best to satisfy all customers, but we recommend booking in advance to guarantee delivery times and product assortment.
How to place your order by emailing delivery@peck.it
Our staff is available to advise you and ensure that your Christmas table is perfect and full of delicacies, so please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know your requirements.
In order to process your order, we kindly ask you to include the following information in your email:
- name of the products/dishes chosen
- desired quantities
- reference codes
We also kindly ask you to provide your full details and those of the recipient (if different from you or if you want the order delivered to an address that belongs to you but is different from the one used to issue the tax document). Specifically, we need:

- Tax ID number
- VAT number and unique code if you need an invoice

Based on your product selection and delivery information, we will prepare a quote and send it to you for verification (no payment is required at this stage).
In order to proceed with the preparation of your order, we will then need your written confirmation of the quote.
Once you have confirmed your product selection and the related quote, we will prepare your order and send it to you according to your preferences.
For payment, you will receive an email with a pay-by-link that you can use to pay by credit card once your order is complete.
There may be a difference of up to 15% between the estimate and the final payment due to products sold by weight, which are only quantified during the final preparation stage.

WHAT ARE THE INFO REQUIRED TO MAKE AN ORDER
- First name, last name, address, tax ID number, email address, and phone number of the person placing the order, or VAT number and unique code in the case of a company.
- First name, last name, address, and phone number of the recipient, along with any useful information such as intercom number.
- List of desired packages and an accompanying note if requested.

- In the case of orders placed via email, we will confirm receipt and acceptance via email.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
For Christmas gift orders to be delivered by December 25, we kindly ask you to place your order by December 16, 2025. We apologize in advance if we are unable to accept orders with specific delivery requirements (e.g., strict deadlines, urgent deliveries, special delivery times).
We will send the shipment tracking information to the email address provided at the time of ordering and contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
WHO MAKES THE DELIVERY
For deliveries in Milan, Italy, and Europe, Peck uses an express delivery service.
Shipments to other destinations are discussed case by case depending of the country’s customs and health regulations. Customs duties applied by the relevant country’s customs office are to be due by the recipient.
