Pearl barley, dehusked barley, dehusked spelt and brown rice are the cereals composing this tasty and versatile blend. A mix to be kept in the pantry, perfect for easily creating soups and broths accompanied by vegetables and legumes. A genuine and healthy product, which lend itself to prepare cold dishes as well; for an original first course perfect for summer, try it with fresh seasonal vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients: pearl barley (GLUTEN), hulled barley (GLUTEN), hulled spelt (GLUTEN), brown rice. May contain traces of SOY.

Store in a cool and dry place. Cooking time: 40/50 minutes.
