Baby artichokes in extra virgin olive oil 650 g
Paestum artichokes (known as “tondo” due to their rounded shape) belong to the Roman artichokes family, but their distinctive features made them a PGI product. Entirely processed by hand in a few hours from the harvest and preserved in pure extra virgin olive oil from the same area of origin, these baby artichokes preserve their freshness and crunchiness intact. Perfect as aperitif, they pair well with meat dishes and cold cuts.
Ingredients: Baby artichokes, extra virgin olive oil 29%, wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice.
Store in a cool and dry place place. After opening keep between 0 and +4°C.
