HOW TO ORDER PACKAGES FOR SHIPPING

WHAT ARE THE INFO REQUIRED TO MAKE AN ORDER

• First name, last name, address, tax ID number, email address, and phone number of the person placing the order, or VAT number and unique code in the case of a company.
• First name, last name, address, and phone number of the recipient, along with any useful information such as intercom number.
• List of desired packages and an accompanying note if requested.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

For Christmas gift orders to be delivered by December 25, we kindly ask you to place your order by December 16, 2025. We apologize in advance if we are unable to accept orders with specific delivery requirements (e.g., strict deadlines, urgent deliveries, special delivery times).
We will send the shipment tracking information to the email address provided at the time of ordering and contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

WHO MAKES THE DELIVERY

For deliveries in Milan, Italy, and Europe, Peck uses an express delivery service.

Shipments to other destinations are discussed case by case depending of the country’s customs and health regulations. Customs duties applied by the relevant country’s customs office are to be due by the recipient.
